Training
Linde(China)Training and Development System
As the leader in material handling industry, one important competitive edge of Linde (China) is talents, since our leadership have been focusing on and making investment in talent training and development.
Linde (China)’s staff training system includes two parts:
One part is training conducted for completing current work focusing on qualification to enable employees to become more qualified for their current jobs. It mainly includes new employee training organized by HR and job skills training conducted by various functional departments. Industrial Technology Training Center, Sales Training Department and Customer Service Training Department are specially set up to provide professional skills training for technical workers, sales team and service teams respectively. Additionally, it also includes management qualification training organized by HR to fit our management for their current managerial work.
The other part is training conducted for career development of our employees focusing on career development to prepare potential employees for career development opportunity and meanwhile build a talent pool for the organization. Development Training is organized and conducted by HR. It includes development training programs such as Sales Talent Program, Service Talent Program and Management Talent Program for different departments at different levels to build a highly potential talent pool.
